Aural Mountain Farm is a pioneering agricultural enterprise rooted in the heart of Pursat Province, Cambodia. With 21,000 hectares of Economic Concession Land under our stewardship, we are proud to be one of the region’s largest and most advanced cassava plantations.

Over the past decade, we have forged strategic partnerships with four leading cassava research institutes affiliated with the United Nations. These collaborations reflect our deep commitment to innovation in cassava cultivation and variety breeding. Through this dedication, we have successfully developed and evaluated over 30,000 cassava varieties, selecting more than 400 elite strains known for their exceptional yields, starch content, viscosity, and resistance to drought, flooding, and pests. Our advancements place us at the forefront of the global cassava industry.

Building on our strong foundation in cassava, we have expanded our product portfolio to include high-value, natural offerings such as cashew nuts, cassava chips, and coconut syrup. These additions reflect our vision of becoming a diversified leader in sustainable tropical agriculture. Each product is cultivated and processed with the same level of care, research, and innovation that defines our approach to cassava.
