To our knowledge, cassava cultivation in Cambodia has rarely achieved stable profitability, which continues to deter potential investors. This is largely due to the combination of high planting costs and generally low yields. Most farmers harvest around 8–12 tons per hectare, while more experienced cultivators may reach 20–30 tons. We not only focus on improving cassava variety performance and planting techniques but also diversify into value-added products such as cashew nuts, cassava chips, and coconut syrup. These new offerings help enhance revenue streams, reduce risks, and attract broader investment opportunities across the agricultural sector.
